Returns & Refund

Return and Exchange Policy:

- Please note that all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged or defective upon receipt.

- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving with unboxing videos and photographs your order to request a replacement.

- Since we cut a specific length as per your need, so exchange/return in that case shall not possible for us.

- Returns can be only in case of genuine defects and as long as the product is unused and not washed.
